Group Bookings

For bookings of more than 10 guests including private events, complete and submit the form below. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a system generated confirmation via OpenTable. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Please ensure to read and understand the terms & conditions to avoid confusion or disappointment.

We don’t respond to email requests for bookings as people often miss vital information. However you are welcome to contact us with general enquiries or call the restaurant direct.

We welcome guests of all ages, but to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere for everyone, all large bookings must include at least 50% adults. We’re unable to accept group bookings made up entirely (or mostly) of minors. For family occasions or mixed-age gatherings, we’re always happy to accommodate — please just let us know the details when you book.

  • Lunch bookings we ask to vacate by 4.30pm so we can get ready for dinner service. You're welcome to book any time from 12pm onward.

    Saturday nights we run two sittings, so we can book you for 5.00pm, 5.30pm or 6.00pm and we'll need the table back just before 8.00pm, or we can book you for 7.30pm or 8.00pm, with no time limit.

    Groups of more than 35 guests will be an exclusive use booking. See the Private Events Info above for more details.

    We may ask for a deposit to secure your booking. In this instance, your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit, and we don't guarantee that the space will be available until a deposit is received. The easiest way to pay the deposit is by credit card which we'll process over the phone (no credit card information by email please, we value your privacy). You can also pay by bank transfer if you wish, let us know if that's better for you and we'll advise details.

    We like to be flexible, and we like to be well planned. All menu and beverage details need to be confirmed at least 3 business days before your booking, the more notice the better.

    Dietary Requirements

    We can accommodate most dietary requirements including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, nut and shellfish allergies. If you have anyone with more specific requirements, please let us know when you confirm your booking in case we can't confidently accommodate.

    While we take every possible precaution when preparing food for guests with allergies, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free of allergens.

    Drinks
    Drinks are on the second page of the lunch/dinner menu . Drinks are charged on consumption and we don’t offer beverage packages.

    BYO is available for groups of less than 20 people

    BYO is $19 per bottle, wine/champagne only. No BYO for beer, RTDs or spirits.

    We don't accept BYO for groups of 20 or more guests.

    We don't accept BYO for groups at dinner on Saturday nights, or any time on public holidays.

    Need a Cake?
    We don't offer birthday cakes, so bring one if you wish. If it's to be stored in the freezer, let us know as freezer space is limited. Room temperature or fridge storage is easy.

    We have candles to put into one of the desserts if that's easier for you.

    Our group menus are plenty of food so if you're bringing a cake, don't go crazy on a huge one unless you're planning on taking leftovers home.

    Decorations & Gifts
    If you want to bring any decorations at all, please check with us first, we need to approve it before you have it out. No glitter, no confetti, no naked flames. If your decorations leave us with a mess or damage to our property, you may be charged for clean up. Flowers and balloons work well, let us know what you're thinking.

    If you wish to leave anything at the end of an evening event, your items will be stored in the restaurant, to be collected before service the following day. Note that we use contract cleaners and we do not take responsibility for loss of any items. It’s best for everyone if you remove your property at the end of the event.

    If you have a daytime event, all personal items will need to be removed at the end of the event, we do not offer overnight storage, nor do we take responsibility for any items left behind.

    A couple of final notes

    The bar will close at 11pm and guests are to vacate by 11.15pm.

    We are at the bottom of a retirement village and it’s important to show consideration to our neighbours, especially when you’re departing.

Group Booking Request
